When you meet Jan you will soon learn that her passion is family discipleship!
Jan was raised in a home where her extended family taught and nurtured her until she came to faith in Christ at an early age. Over the years she continued to say “yes” to God as she discovered what it meant to be a faithful Christ follower. The influence of her local church, Christian camps and service opportunities all helped her faith to blossom.
Jan met her husband, Kelvin at Tyndale College. They have three married children and a growing number of grandchildren. Together Kelvin and Jan have served in pastoral and lay ministry.
Jan has been bi-vocational for most of her work life, splitting her time between health & safety management and involvement in her local church. In addition to qualifications in human resources and occupational health & safety, she has a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from Tyndale University College and a Master of Theological Studies degree from Heritage Seminary
For fun Jan enjoys hosting Victorian Teas, investigating family genealogy and murder mysteries.
